How do I log a weld?
Tap the plus button, take one photo of the weld and pick the process and position. Everything else is optional. After saving, you can ask for AI feedback on the entry.
What does the AI feedback mean?
It separates what is visible in the photo from what is only likely. Each point stays a suggestion until you confirm or dismiss it. It gives no score and it is not an inspection.
Who judges my welds, then?
The app keeps four kinds of judgement apart: the AI suggestion, your own note, an expert review and a certificate from an examiner. Only a certificate counts for a job, and the app never turns one kind into another.
Who sees my photos?
Your journal is private. An entry is public only when you tick "Show on my public profile" and your profile is public. Photos train the AI only with a separate consent in Settings, which you can withdraw.
What is the certificate passport?
A list of your certificates with the dates that keep them valid. You can turn on email reminders 30 and 7 days ahead and send a scan for an admin check.
How do teams work?
A company creates a team and sends its welders a link. The company sees the members' certificate dates, and each welder can leave at any time.
Does the calculator work without signal?
Yes, once you have opened it with a connection.
